Found Wild Rabbit Bistro while visiting Daytona for a conference and searching for vegan-friendly restaurants nearby. They offer several vegan and gluten-free options, including desserts. My husband had the Thai Bowl and I had the Cuban Bowl. The portions were generous, the ingredients tasted fresh, and everything was delicious. Our stop over for dinner before watching the Halifax Christmas flotilla was a treasured meal. It was cookie time and what an impressive display ( 2 tables loaded with every tempting cookie you could imagine) and a time for kids and families to gather. there were holiday crafts for the kiddies and complimentary hot chocolate with extra, cream, marshmello and peppermint as you please. Our pleasant server brought cold beer and super creamy lathe followed with a tasty plate of burger, fresh trimmings, crispy pickle and crunchy chips.
