Great place for bagels and unique drinks. Try a smoothie or a Uni Uni Boba. Don't forget to grab some mini muffins while you are there. They have a variety of breakfast or lunch sandwiches with a bagel. If you're not a bagel fan, sandwiches can also be put on white or wheat bread. Nice eating area to dine in or get it to go. Restrooms were clean and well maintained. Big Apple Bagels is located in a strip mall with other great eateries nearby.

Unfriendly service. No “good morning”, “how may I help you”, nothing. Blank stares all around. I asked what an item on the menu was, and the person taking my order answered “I don’t know.” but didn’t bother to find out. I asked for no egg on my sandwich because I have an egg intolerance. Guess what, it had eggs on it, and the cheese was all melted into the eggs so I had to remove all of it, leaving me with just a bacon sandwich. Bagels were not toasted as requested. Also, no hair nets on anyone working with the food. Unsecured long hair. No thanks.

I realize this store is under new ownership. They have some kinks to work out. They appear to have plenty of staff but it seems chaotic. The soda machine wasn't working,. The flat screen hanging in the corner was on a menu screen. My bagel and cream cheese was great, but they forgot to toast it. 😕 Hopefully they improve as they go along.

The food has decreased in quality and flavor so so much. There's no salt. Everything I try has no flavor. The bagels have awful texture. No chew at all. Mine today crumbled.
