I never had a bad experience at a restaurant before, until I stepped into this one. Let’s get into the fact that the staff is incredibly rude, and they look down on you. I ordered a chicken shawarma, and the lady at the register rolled her eyes. Where is the customer service? Now let’s get into the food, it was very dry. Al Sham’s is one of my favorite spots to eat. This location in particular never disappoints! Atmosphere is lively and warm, service is quick and easy, and the food is filling and flavorful. You step inside and it smells amazing, nice and clean. If you can handle heat I recommend the NY combo platter with white and red sauce! If you want just white sauce (no spice), you can do that or if you like spice but want just a little bit, you can ask for the red sauce on the side.
