I heard about the walleye sandwich on the radio, and I had to come in and try it out. I had walleye once in Minnesota and it’s a good white fish. Since they make my sandwich on each order instead of ahead of time, I had to wait just a little bit. However, my food was extra delicious because the fish was crispy and wasn’t soggy from sitting there underneath a heat lamp. The fries were hot and tasty, not soggy and cold. Great combo meal. The burger was cooked well and the staff was very friendly and welcoming both when taking my order and delivering my food. The food arrived quickly and it was fresh. The only I didn’t like was the cheese curds, I was expecting a bit more crunch out of the coat but it felt more like a cake like coating. Other than the cheese curds my experience was exceptional.
