I’ve had smashburgers all over the place, and I’m originally from **Buffalo**, so I’m a little picky when it comes to buffalo chicken. It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review, especially for a locally owned business but my experience here was the worst dining experience I’ve had in years. It took 40 minutes for our order and when we checked back in it was clear it had been forgotten. Not a huge deal as accidents happen and I wouldn’t bother lowering a rating for that. But when we got the food it was insultingly bad. Bacon was pink and limp and even if it was precooked it was barely cooked at that. Rolls were hard stale baguette pieces, not ciabatta as described. It was late evening and we decided to order to-go from The Local Hen since it was too late to start cooking dinner. We walked in and placed our order at 7:17 PM, expecting a reasonable wait for a standard takeout meal. Instead, We didn't receive our food until 8:12 PM. A 55-minute wait for takeout is unacceptable. Deeply disappointing!

Horrible! Tiny tiny over fried and dry nuggets. Some pieces just bread with no Chiken. I asked for fries which actually comes with the nuggets, and girl decided not to mention that fries already included. So I have two boxes of fries and few pieces of inedible nuggets. Regret coming here. Never again!
