I have been visiting Starbucks daily for the past month and I can confidently say this was the most disappointing customer service experience I have encountered. Even in situations where prior orders were incorrect at other locations I was still treated with professionalism and respect, something that was noticeably lacking in this interaction. As a customer, when I order and pay for specific ingredients it is reasonable to expect that those ingredients are accurately included in the final product. Nicole’s explanation was not an adequate response to the situation. Even after I clearly stated

Feels like the employees are always trying to make you feel dumb for making any comments or questions. Not to single out anyone cause it seems it's the general attitude here. Everything else is mid but the attitude is really rude. I honestly don't care but I'm forced to pickup for others and would avoid it when possible. 0/10. Be nicer people.
