The staff is nice & I believe they try their best, but they seem short handed. Multiple food & drink orders came out late and incorrect. Some food was not hot or fresh. It's really just a great location that can accommodate large parties with late dinner plans.

We wanted to resolve an issue with the manager (Geovanie) , and it was the most unpleasant experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant. He just smiled and walked away, leaving us talking to ourselves with a dismissive 'come on.' At no point were my husband and I disrespectful to warrant this behavior, but this person was simply unpleasant, inept, and irrational. He just handed us the bill and told us to leave."

Ordered from them twice and both times they got my order wrong. If you can dine in go for it but, if you plan on ordering a meal I would pass too many mistakes, you shouldn’t have to check your bag to make sure they got the order right.

Terrible experience from the start, the server paid little attention to our table and was rushing us from the beginning. When our food arrived it was luke warm, missing items and wrong items were brought to us. Took 15 minutes after we received part of our order to then receive more items of our meal, and were also told some of the food that we ordered was never rung in. Even though we complained that our food was cold they didn’t ask to to remake it and when asked if I could get a refund they told me no because it was already ordered and we had taken bites out of our food, we tried the food c
