When the soup arrived and I tried it, it was DELICIOUS! Our appetizer of fried vegetables w/shrimp was absolutely delicious. Both sushi rolls we ordered were great! Usually California rolls can be more on the basic side and have less of an enhancing flavor but they did such a great job with the seasonings and toppings! I was very happy with my meal. The options for sushi and sashimi was great, and super duper fresh. We came because this was one of the only restaurants that I saw where uni was a constant staple on their menu, and I was not disappointed. We visited on our honeymoon, and now back home, all my local sushi places are ruined because of how good Crystal Fish was. 🤣
