Mar 12th, Today, I ordered SIXTY dollars worth of food, I had tots and a footlong coney missing from my order, cool, whatever, not a big deal I can get it fixed. I go through the drive thru and ask them if I could get my order fixed, they asked a million questions then proceeded to tell me to just go to the window. I reminded them and they not only said I ordered 45 minutes ago (I sat at the booth for 32 mins)so why am I complaining now but the manager had the audacity to accuse me of lying about the food missing. Mind you this was SIXTY dollars worth of food, if it were 20 bucks, no big deal.

Have had the worst experiences with this Sonic always super super long wait times today wait forever to receive order had a gift card that covered 20$ of a 24$ order was told after waiting in drive thru for very very long time that they couldn't split the payment between gift card and remaining balance. What a joke! I am very understanding they just need to do better this isn't the first time we have had really bad service and or food. There are so many people in this town begging for jobs hire better employees or give them the proper tools to do the job right ridiculous!!!

It doesn’t matter if it’s busy or not, whether you’ve ordered ahead or at the kiosk, wait times are insane. People pull up and get served while you’ve been waiting half an hour. Staff doesn’t care, I assume they’re treated just as poorly by the franchisee and management. I’ve seen people come in from smoke breaks without washing their hands. Hitting their vape pens walking to or from cars. And why doesn’t the drive through card reader work with any consistency? If ever you think “hey, I’ll be able to pick up some sonic after my trip to the market” make sure you don’t have anything perishable.

Favorite place to go in Pahrump but lately the hamburgers have been really salty. I usually don't add salt to my food due to heart issues and their food is great as is. It doesn't need the salt or anything else.
