Went on a last Sunday night Blues Jam, music was good, but loud, so don't expect to do much talking while the band is playing. The place is small, was very crowded and lots of folks were sitting outside at the tables, which I think would be the best bet. The kitchen is minuscule so it took a long time to get an Italian Beef sandwich. The beef in the sandwich was mush, cooked too long or too much tenderizer. Atleast the tater tots were OK.

I visited Madcats for the first time to watch a jazz jam event since I was supporting a family member. I didn’t need any hearing protection even when I stood next to the stage. The musicians were really good, supportive, and friendly.

Went there on a Saturday night to see "Whatever Nevermind" a Nirvana cover band. The owner stopoed to talk with me a bit and was great in helped the staff all night. I did not eat so I can't speak for the food but it looked and smelled great.

Awesome awesome bar! Staff is so kind and attentive. They are very friendly. Bingo Wednesdays are awesome. If you love Bingo, good food, great people, and just a good time, this is your place to go. Was my first time here and I will definitely be back next Wednesday. First impression was really good. I will bring more people your way for sure. And they have events daily from Kareoke to Open Mic to Live Bands. 🎶🍔 definitely come to this fun little bar in Palatine!
