Placed a mobile order and came to pick it up, lobby doors were open but no one was there. Tried the drive thru, no answer. Same at the drive-up stall. Waited for about 20 minutes and literally no one was working there. Someone else eventually showed up and couldn’t find the person that was supposed to be working. This was during dinner lunch rush - people were literally turning around and leaving. I called the store and left a voicemail asking for a refund, they did not return my call. I had to file a dispute with my bank to get a refund. Staffing only one person at any hour is a poor

Ordered shakes through drive thru and the worker confirmed i was getting shakes. When i was charged it said blasts which are $1 more and not what I ordered. The blasts are way too thick and was really upset that 1. I didn't get what i ordered and 2. Was charged more for something I didn't want. This happens all the time, I order a shake and get a blast. Which is not drinkable. Don’t know why I decided to give them another chance

The service was terrible. They got my order completely wrong and did nothing to resolve it. They also put mustard on my burger when I specifically stated no mustard because I am allergic. I will never return to this location.

Philly cheesesteak was really good! It had lots of flavor and was a big serving size. My husband was a little disappointed with the sad looking bacon on his burger but still enjoyed it. My sons also enjoyed their burger and popcorn chicken. The service was overall good but our slushes weren't correct. We were asked if we wanted frozen or iced, we asked for frozen and received iced. It wasn't a huge deal but would've preferred what we ordered, obviously. We'll most likely return. :)
