The library changes the whole concept of the former nomad restaurant. A lovely large high ceiling mahogany Library feeling surrounded by books and bookcases and lovely lighting. They are offering a reasonable priced summer menu that gives you a three course meal for $80 plus additional for a few dishes. The tuna crudo was presented well and dressed with a yuzu dressing and fried garlic crisps and had a surcharge. The other starters were a green salad or Caesar salad. In late May, my husband and I returned to the Library restaurant to celebrate our second anniversary. We actually got married in Las Vegas and the Library hosted us along with 130 of our friends for our reception. It was the best party of our lives and will never be forgotten. When we sat down at the table, along with our 6 month old son, the server immediately recognized us and spoke so fondly of our reception, that it truly warmed our hearts. Vegas restaurants can be hit or miss. This one hits. When you walk inside it's definitely the kind of atmosphere you expect in Vegas. The shelves are filled with real books, floor to ceiling which I thought was cool. Solid wine list, went with Tignanello which wasn't exorbitantly priced. Stopped in at The Library for cocktails and apps before our dinner on Saturday night. The vibes here are 100. Absolutely loved the dim lighting and the cozy booths. Table side tuna tartare is a must order and we also enjoyed the caviar service and the yellowtail crudo. Would love to come back for dinner.
