First off I placed my family's order at 6:07pm and we didn't get our food until 6:40pm. I had ordered the Steakhouse Mushrooms and bacon burger without bacon. The burger comes out with bacon, I send it back and then get a new burger back without any mushrooms on it went to the counter and I was like could you just put mushrooms on the burger and be done with it. On top of all that it was cold 🥶. I still ate it but it's ridiculous that they couldn't make my food right the first time I ordered it. I've worked in the fast food industry for over 20 years and this is the worst experience I've ever

I got there at 11:58 AM placed to order for a whopper, medium fries and medium drink drink drink at 12:20 I still have not received my order when I asked for my money back. I had to talk to four different people no one there seemed to cure. I waited for about five minutes to place my order while two other people ask for their money back. There was only about five people in the whole restaurant eating apparently they don’t need my money. The owner makes enough. I usually eat their 2 to 3 times a week, but I will not go back.

Arrived at 4:40 on Sunday afternoon. Placed my order inside for 3 burgers and 1 French fry. Seven employees standing around doing nothing. Received my order at 5:20. I was the only customer inside and only 2 drive ins while I waited on my food. One lady cooking all the others doing nothing. This same thing happened two weeks ago and it took 30 minutes to get 2 meals and no one was inside. I am finished with this place.

I pulled up to place an order yesterday afternoon, and sat there for 4 minutes. No one ever answered the intercom, or said just a minute we will be with you. Nothing… 🦗🦗🦗 so I just drove off. A really strange experience. The place was pretty dead mind you. The last several times before this happened I sat in the drive thru line for like 20 minutes just to receive my small order.
