Panchis restaurant had plenty of parking in the back this Thursday afternoon, and it wasn't busy. The ambiance was excellent; they had excellent classical Mexican music playing in the background, and after seeing some of the customers' food, I knew this would be good. They have an extensive menu, but I wanted to try their taco al pastor and their taco governador. The total for today's meal was $12.75 with tip. While waiting, I noticed they also serve tap
