I really enjoy coming to Duck Donuts! The sandwiches are super yummy, and the donuts are always freshly made and so delicious. The employees are also always nice and friendly, which makes the experience even better. The only downside I’ve experienced is with the online ordering system. I’ve arrived at the pickup time given on the website, only to be told that my order hadn’t been received yet. An employee mentioned that it can take about 15 minutes after the listed arrival time for them to actually get the order, which is pretty frustrating and honestly doesn’t make much sense.
