I was in the mood for some French Toast but noticed the Short Rib Hash on the menu, so I order that with a side order of French Toast. The bartender was quick and attentive for the most part. When the food arrived, everything was presentable and tasty. The hash could have had a bit more flavor but tasted very familiar but with a higher quality protein/meat. I had a Mimosa with my meal.
