I placed an online order for in-store pickup at 2:45. I arrived about 3:00 and gave them my name at the counter. The girl at the front said it would be just be a second. I regret having to write this review, because there are going to be several points that are going to be quite negative, and I have long been a fan of this franchise. I came to the restaurant around 5 pm, and it was almost empty--maybe two other tables seated and no one in the drive-thru lane. Culver's is a good place to take hungry pre-teens after school and before other activities. The food is filling and we'll prepared. The ambience of the place is rather austere but this means the kids eat quicker.

Immediately on entering we were greeted by a smiling team. We had the pleasure of interacting with both Rachel and Hamilton and they both were so happy and helpful. I did not expect such great service from fast food, but they truly exceeded our expectations. We will be back when we are in the area.
