just went through the drive-through because the lobby was closed and I couldn’t use my online special because apparently I have to go inside to get it. So then I order my food and I asked for all dark meat and I Was told they only had Wings and drums so I said just two of each is fine But then I got my food and it’s literally the Smallest sizes of chicken ever-for the price I just paid. Food was soggy!!! It was an hour before closing time and they had no chicken available to replace the cold food they handed me. I was 10mins late picking up my order and they didn't have the full order fresh. They only gave 4 legs of chicken in 2 buckets. The lemonade was water, the half gallon bucket was put in cups bcuz they ran out and the ice was melted, the chicken and fries were cold and soggy even though I bought the extra crispy recipe. 4/3/24 Once again food was terrible. Extremely greasy, chicken pieces are small and overcooked! Bland taste, I’m assuming that they will be closing this restaurant just as Church’s closed theirs. The franchise owners really need to step up! Last year- Waited for chicken, was terrible. Skin slid off, and chicken was tasteless.

Food suckssss. Got cold food. I was looking forward for the hot honey sandwich but they somehow missed the whole honey and no pickles. Also ordered the dunk it bucket and they didn’t even give me the correct sauces.
