KayBee★★★As a lover of steak tips, I was super excited to go to Champions. I mean, reading the comments, it’s hard to find anyone who doesn’t like them! So I’m astonished that I didn’t like the steak tips! The portion was huge, they were cooked to a perfect medium. The meat was soft and tender, but I found them to be very gristly and difficult to cut and chew. They were also sopping in BBQ sauce, which isn’t to my taste. I’m definitely coming back to try them again sometime. I’ll ask for no sauce and maybe medium rare with the outside to get black & crispy. The hotdog was really good.
