Outstanding ambiance, but food was just alright. Both of our dishes were a little overcooked/dry (the recommended meatloaf is pictured.) The raspberry espresso martini for which they've won awards is worth the trip alone. One of the best cocktails I've ever had. Set inside the lovely Hawthorne hotel, this place has a cozy, romantic interior.

Awesome food and fast service. I liked the pumpkin humus waaaaay more than I thought I would. The meatloaf just falls apart in your mouth. The grilled cheese had a nice crunch but the bread was a little hard and the cheese wasn't stringy. Espresso martini had such a soft, smooth texture. We all enjoyed our chowder and seasonal soup. Coconut curry was also amazing. All pictured here. Overall, highly recommended

Had a great time. The menu is large and accommodating both a full meal and snacks. The nachos and fries were delicious and the service was excellent. It’s a great option for one looking for an old school tavern with lots of history.

What a great experience. The drinks we had were fantastic. Food was good, took a little bit of time for it to come out but it was very busy and during the busy season. The bartender was great, was very helpful with information regarding salem. Love the hotel, so much history. And I hear its haunted.
