Sarah Hill★So disappointed in this location. The customer service was really poor and they gave me a bad avocado and hardly any chicken. Customer service online offered me a free entree. As a pregnant busy Mother I just want a refund for food that I couldn’t eat. I really hope this location improves. I love Cava but I won’t come back to this location.
Shreya Kadu★★★★★Got it! Here’s a more personal version using their names: I don’t often leave reviews, but today I felt compelled to. Shells made my visit such a wonderful experience. When I went back to let them know, they said it didn’t come with rice even though the menu clearly stated that it did. Our bowls weren’t even filled, especially for $16. Take a look at the pics. There was too much sauce, and it was messy. The lentils and rice were hard and undercooked. We would not come back. I wouldn’t have ate everything but I was hungry and now my teeth is uncomfortable from the chewing since the l
