My sister and I stopped by Steak ‘n Shake today for the first time, and we were pleasantly surprised! The restaurant was incredibly clean, the food was fresh and absolutely delicious, and the service was great. A special shoutout to Jason for making some of the best milkshakes we’ve ever had—they were amazing! We’ll definitely be back.

First time at a Steak ‘n Shake! We decided to visit when we read they don’t use seed oils. Pretty delicious! Love the thin fries, though they needed more salt. The staff members were friendly and helpful with bringing our food to the table since I had two toddlers. Fairly clean and everything was made to order, although we came at 3 pm for an early dinner. Would go again!

I ordered a steak burger combo, got my ticket sat down to wait for my order. Shortly after, my number was called. I was shocked that it went so quickly. And when I say it was hot and delicious, especially the fries were hot and tasty. Went to the condiments station, and it was fully stocked. I took some fry seasoning, which I didn't know they served, and it was delicious. I got to say this was my second time visiting this location, and the food was on point as well as the customer service. I was impressed, and I will continue to visit this establishment

That’s being nice. Went through drive through and they were in such a rush to do what they want to do that they want to do. They don’t care about customer service at all. I ordered a number 5 and number 7 and got something way different than what I wanted. There was no food safety at all. They were using the same gloves touching fries bags the window all food and a stapler. Then when my husband called to tell the manager what happened they hung up the phone on him not taking the complaint seriously. Will never go back.
