Went to this Taco Bell a couple of days ago. It was a drive through order. Ordered crispy tacos for my girls. The tacos had about a teaspoon of meat, probably less. And I’m not exaggerating. I understand that prices have gone up. That’s fine. But this is way underserved. And it’s completely unacceptable. Shame on them

I don’t know who was working the evening shift on the Fourth of July, but the service was completely unacceptable. I got there before 11:00 p.m. and didn’t leave until 11:41 p.m. I waited over 40 minutes and nobody ever took my order, so I finally gave up and left. The place wasn’t even busy, which made it even more frustrating. There was no reason for it to take that long. The Black guy working the drive-thru window kept telling me, “Give me a minute,” over and over again. Forty minutes passed and it was still the same thing. Watch those kiosks. They will put ingredients on your order that you don’t ask for. When I spoke to the manager he said he made the tacos per the order. Then says he’s aware that the kiosks are having glitches.

You have 8 employees and 2 managers in the building they are in no hurry or time management to get food out in a timely manner! There is at least 6 of us standing waiting on orders already placed not one employee or manager will even look at you or acknowledge you! Other customers already have their order and missing drinks that should have come with their meal and not one person acknowledged them. This is unacceptable for fast food especially for such a high volume store
