Placed a pick up order for a single chicken sandwich, walked in a minute before the "ready" window. Waited almost 20 minutes for a sandwich that only takes 5 when made to order, just to find when I get home (not even a two minute drive) that my chicken isn't fresh. There's no reason to not get fresh food at 4 in the morning. I ordered from this location due to the convenience, but this isn't the first time they've messed up my order in the easiest to avoid way. I'll be taking my business back to the Dixie Farm location from now on

Omg we ordered 2 hamburgers at the drive thru. As soon as we ordered we were asked to pull to the front where 3 other cars were waiting. Mind you nobody was behind us. They were just trying to make their time look good. We waiting for 20 min before our cold food came out. There is honestly to many people working right now. 9pm! for customer service to be this slow. Unfortunately this is not the first time. I’m done with this place. Horrible
