my absolute favorite brunch spot whenever i’m visiting family :) we always get the trifecta and the sweet heat chicken + french toast. the trifecta (shrimp, chicken, pork bennies) is a literal masterpiece. eaten it 10+ times and it still hits the spot every single time. genuinely wish i could manifest a location back home lol just a heads up that lines get long during peak brunch hours, but it’s 100% worth the wait. the staff are super sweet too. highly recommend!

Brunch at Ruby Slipper was 🔥 and our waiter was on point with the recommendation. He had worked there many years. Tried the Migas and the Chicken St. Charles Benedict—both were absolutely delicious. The migas had great flavor and texture, and that Benedict… next level. Perfectly cooked, rich, and packed with flavor. Top off with a couple of adult beverages and this is Definitely a spot worth hitting if you’re in the mood for a solid brunch. I’ll be back for sure.

Amazing food. Fast and friendly service. My husband had the shrimp and grits and loved it! Very flavorful. Biscuits melt in your mouth somehow, and everything tastes fresh and scratch made. If we’re ever back in Pensacola, this will be our stop!

I had a really nice visit at Ruby Slipper. The fried green tomatoes are a must, some of the best I’ve ever had. They were perfectly cooked and really flavorful. The beignets were also good, though a bit smaller than some of the others you can find around Pensacola. I ordered the catfish and grits, which I was really looking forward to, but it ended up being a little underwhelming for me. The dish was very rich with the salty, buttery catfish and the creamy grits, but it could have used something acidic or fresh to break up those flavors and textures. That said, it definitely wouldn’t stop me
