Disappointing experience. The food tasted like old oil and the portion sizes aren’t great. The large fry barely was filled to the opening of the container.

The servers were polite and helpful. The shakes were good and my husband said his burger was decent, but his onion rings were overcooked and brittle to eat and my chili cheese tater tots tasted like the chili was reheated to many times, it was dry and tasted burnt. We had heartburn for the rest of the night. Not an experience we'd care to repeat.

I’ve ordered through the app for years and there have been some hiccups along the way that refunds needed to be given back to me. I go to this location and get a half drunken drink and they won’t just make it right by giving my money because I ordered through the app. This is absolutely the worst customer service experience ever.
