I had a really enjoyable meal at Barrel & Bushel inside the Hyatt Regency Phoenix. One of the first things that stood out was the atmosphere and décor, which I absolutely loved. The space has a modern, welcoming feel with both indoor and outdoor seating options. The patio is a nice feature, though the outdoor seating can be a little tricky even with the umbrellas depending on the sun and heat. The food was very good overall. Great place to relax and have some great food. We had the turkey club and the smoked Mac and cheese. The turkey club was truly amazing! Everything on it was fresh and it did not disappoint. There were pickles in the side and I could not get enough of them. The smoked Mac and cheese was very good. It does have a little spice to it but nothing to over powering. Lobby bar/ at downtown Hyatt across from convention center. Limited but excellent food menu. I enjoyed the NY strip steak with organic smashed blue…yes, I said blue, potatoes. Outdoor seating was perfect. Great service. Sports TV around main bar, cozy fire pits in other areas. You know if it’s a Hyatt, it will be 5 Star!! We will be back and we are local!!
