We celebrated our anniversary and Mother’s day at Modan. This was our first time eating there. We loved it. Nearly all the food was fantastic, the only exception was the miso cod. The miso cod was mushy We have had better miso cod at many other restaurants. Our favorites are the aged sushi, the lobster tempura, the sea bass, and the lamb chops. The service was excellent. The server was attentive throughout the meal. It was a fantastic experience.

Amazing ambiance and service! The restaurant itself is beautiful, great vibes for a date or special occasion. However, the Japanese food was decent, not the best, didn't taste authentic, but more like americanized Japanese fare. You don't get a good bang for your buck either, as portion sizes are small. But they do give a considerable amount of dipping sauce to go with it. The miso soup also had a watered down taste, the

We ordered the tasting experience menu. Everything was delicious, unique, and beautifully presented. We chose it for a special day and were very happy with our choice. If you are looking for a more refined, modern, and distinctive Far Japanese dining experience, I definitely recommend it.

Had such a great experience at Modan. The food was exceptional—we couldn’t stop ordering. The salmon carpaccio was so fresh, the spicy tuna rice cake had the perfect kick, and the yellowtail jalapeño was super flavorful. We also loved the Pink Lady and Firecracker rolls—both were standout dishes. The Tokyo 75 drink was light and refreshing, and the desserts were amazing. The passion fruit dessert was unlike anything I’ve had before, and the lava cake was the perfect sweet finish. Service really made the night—Josh, Ander, and Chef Chiko were all so attentive and welcoming. Definitely a spot
