This McDonald’s is one of the good ones. It was very clean inside. The service was impeccable. They had no hot chocolate, and Ashley came out to tell us that and offered us replacements instead. She was very sweet and very professional and very helpful. The food was very good. Loved the stop. Especially since I am a shift manager at a McDonald’s as well. It is always nice to see another. McDonald’s being taken care of the way thestandard is supposed to be.

The service at this McDonalds is at the lowest of all times. The person at the speaker sounds like she had mush in her mouth. When I got to the window she was telling me I had to order thru the app. I drove across the street to Wendy’s. Good help is hard to find. Looks like Wendy’s has the good employees.

Christmas day and we had no choice, asked for extra dipping sauce with nuggets and she acted like it came out of her check, had to do math, you had how many nugs? Then she still argued. Plus, I got one pickle on my burger. ONE PICKLE! Don't go there. Terrible customer service. Terrible attitudes.
