Located within the Kimpton, we stopped down to the Commoner for coffee, tea, & some dessert and all three didn't disappoint! The restaurant and bar area are beautiful and the service tonight at the bar was fantastic as well. We loved the desserts which were very unique and very good!

The entrance is through the hotel lobby! The design and atmosphere was amazing and elegant. The staff were friendly and accommodating for our group. And the food was amazing! I recommend the eggs Benedict, it was delicious! The commoner and chicken and waffles also looked great but I didnt eat any.

This is a great find inside the Kimpton Hotel Monaco. An industrial feel welcomes you with exposed steel beams, dark wood, and industrial lighting. The service was very welcoming and prompt. The food was delicious! Started the meal with a Mimosa and paired it with their delicious Eggs Benedict. The menu is rather eclectic, but for those who like more common food, The Commoner has items to choose from. This is a wonderful choice for a Sunday morning breakfast with family, friends or a date. You can easily have a conversation without having to shout to be heard. We thouroughly enjoyed it ... y

The beef tartare comes with crushed pistachios, adding a delightful crunch, and is served with toasted brioche. Excellent filet mignon with mushroom XO sauce. The bartenders were excellent — friendly and attentive. The Opinel No 9 steak knife was a nice touch.
