We arrived 30 minutes before closing and were informed that the kitchen would be closing in 10 minutes. Service was prompt, and our food arrived quickly. The salmon tower and tuna tower were both delicious and beautifully presented. I appreciated that imitation crab is used, making it a safe option for those with shellfish allergies like myself. Two of my friends and I ate at Uni at 6 pm on a Friday night. We had no trouble finding seating as we were the only group there when we first arrived (other people started trickling in around 6:30 or so). All 3 of us had no issue finding parking as 2 of us found free parking garages close by (one across the street and one behind Uni Sushi) while our other friend found street parking out front. We’ve ordered delivery from here a few times and they always do great. The selection is delicious albeit a bit homogenized and predictable. The food is excellent and the fish tastes fresh. We stopped at Total Wine on the way in order to purchase some sake. They’re BYO which can be fun! Service was very accommodating and friendly.
