Food was decent, so was the interior, but what really killed it were the employees. (mainly the managers) Nothing but attitude everytime we visit, even leaving a poor old man standing in front of the register unattended. With this kind of service, I believe your 1 star was rightfully earned.

The McDonald’s located at 6800 Santa Rita Road in Pleasanton offers quick and efficient service, making it a convenient stop for those on the go. The staff are generally courteous, and orders are processed promptly, even during peak hours. However, compared to the McDonald’s on Rosewood Drive, the food here sometimes lacks the same level of freshness. Fries can occasionally be less crisp, and burgers may not always have that just-made quality. Worst service of any McDonalds. I ordered using my App at the table and got a message that good will be delivered at the table. After waiting a long time, I went to the counter and found my food sitting there for a while! There were multiple other people waiting for their order for more than 10 minutes. The staff here is pretty dry and slow, but it is also a shame on McDonald’s for offering a service that they cannot fulfill. If you can’t offer table service, turn it off for that location.
