Because my client loves Five Guys, we come to Vista once a month. It’s become a routine we both enjoy. What I love most about Five Guys are their French fries they’re so delicious. I also like that they offer free peanuts for all customers.

I ordered a hamburger from this location and it was missing few of the toppings I specifically asked for. I called the store to let them know, and instead of offering a simple apology or solution, the manager Seth said I drive back with the receipt and burger as if I was lying. He looked it up in the system and knew what the order was. This response was disappointing and showed a lack of care for customer experience. Mistakes happen, but the way they’re handled matters. I hope the management team takes this feedback seriously and treats future complaints with more respect and understanding.

The burgers are very tasty but they are not exactly cheap. I think they stand above in terms of flavor compared to the other places around the area. The hot-dogs were just OK. The food sat in me like a brick but it was worth it. Other perks to note, free peanuts and the fries are good. The burgers are the real winner though.
