This KFC is an absolute mess. I placed an online order for chicken tenders, and when I arrived, they told me it would be 10 minutes. That was 15 minutes ago, and now they’re saying at least 3 more minutes. No one here seems to care about service or accuracy. The restaurant is filthy—food safety violations everywhere. Open water bottles sitting on prep tables, employees only wearing one glove while handling food, and cross-contamination happening right in front of me. The bathroom is disgusting—no soap, dirty, just completely unsanitary. Even the expo station had used gloves lying around. The

Ordered at 8pm through DoorDash food was delivered old, stale, and cold didn’t provide the correct sauces I selected for my order. Fries were like croutons and had some mystery object inside, chicken strips taste like brittle very overcooked and sweet tea looked like urine and of course no one answered the phone. Whole order in the trash.
