My family loves Phuket! My mom has visited Portland 3 times and made sure to go there every time. Best Thai food in the city & amazing service! Honestly can’t go wrong with anything on the menu, but some standouts: - Muu Kua Grua (pork belly) - Pad Thai - Massaman Curry - Pad See Ew - Pork Fried Rice - Thai Tea

I ordered takeout twice while on a trip to Portland. The hostesses were not super friendly but the food was quick/easy to order and prompt coming out of the kitchen. I got the chicken massaman curry, pork pad see ew, and fried tofu appetizer. Everything was incredible. It all had such distinct flavor and was far and away better than any Thai food I've ever had. Even the Prik Nom Som was exquisite. This is EXACTLY what Portland is all about. What a food capital!

There was some nice outdoor seating, but it was way too hot, so we opted for indoors. The fried potatoes were amazing — perfectly crispy with a really tasty sauce. The chilled tofu was fine — super soft, almost melt-in-your-mouth, with a nice spicy kick. The curry noodles were delicious too. The Parasol cocktail, though… probably the highest ice-to-drink ratio I’ve seen in a while.

The food was really good! If that’s all you care about, then by all means come and enjoy it. But a few things did make the experience hard to enjoy. 1) It took multiple tries for them to get us another glass of water, as we were sat as a party of 10 between 2 tables that only had 4 glasses at each table. 2) The “20% automatic gratuity”, which was NOT explicitly stated anywhere on the menu or any sign within the restaurant. 3) Portions were SMALL. I got thai tea which was filled 110% with ice. It was literally so overfilled that I couldn’t mix the drink without spilling. I ordered the pork
