Donghoon Kim★This wasn’t a drive-thru; it was a 40minute hostage situation. After waiting forever, I tried to cancel my order, only to be told they don't know how to perform a cancellation. I guess my money and my time belong to Wendy now. It's truly amazing how a "fast food" chain can manage to be this slow and technologically illiterate at the same time. 1 star is too generous.
Cailynn Pendley★I went and ordered a chocolate cold brew, it was literally cold black coffee with the crushed thin mint chunks in the bottom. I went to get it remade because I thought it was COFFEE GROUNDS, and the worker told me that it would just mix in. They need to use an actual flavored syrup to mix with cold drinks.
Jon San★★★★★I was just there from out of state. I don't leave many reviews. Crew was great. I ordered tenders and the cashier put the order through then remembered afterward. She went and got the manager, he made sure to tell her it's OK, it's just a minor mistake. Then sincerely apologized to me and made it right with a substitution. He was all over supporting his team. I didn't hear him say one negative thing. Just supporting his team. I run a business in Michigan and he would be exactly the type of manager I would want. Wendy's is lucky to have him. His entire team was great.

I ordered the Biggie Bag (double stack burger) because I was expecting the same old tired burger ( as I received when I traveled to Foley last Saturday 😭)...what I received was anything but subpar. My burger was fresh, juicy, and truly stacked with cheese melted to perfecion...delicious!!! My fries were crispy, fresh, and salted perfectly. Thank you Wendy's for an awesome meal 😋...by the way my 4 chicken nuggets were fresh and delicious aswell. I wish every Wendy's exper
