Been here twice in the last two weeks and B Simple did not disappoint! Arrived during late morning hours so no wait then. Everything coming out of the kitchen looks great… but so far my absolute favorite are the hatch green chili brisket breakfast tacos! The crispy cheesy outer layer on the corn tortillas are the icing on the cake. The meat is sooo flavorful and moist. Chef’s kiss!! Biscuit with the mixed berry homemade jam… delicious!! We had a fantastic breakfast experience at B Simple and would definitely recommend giving this place a try! The service was outstanding everyone was incredibly friendly and attentive. Our coffee cups never reached empty, which is always appreciated. The portions were generous, and everything came out hot and fresh. What a great place for breakfast! We had about 15 minutes wait. Its fairly small eating area. My wife had corned beef hash, she loved it! My daughter and I had breakfast burritos. I had the "white christmas" sauce. Red, green chili and white bacon cheese sauce. It was massive! My daughter and I should have split it! I highly recommend this place for a try! Delicious. Our server was very personable and likeable as well.
