Drove from other panama city location because really wanted some Sonic & other location had no employees assisting customers. Took less time to order & receive my food than it took for the other location to even say hello. Employee who brought our food was delightful young man. Food was frsh/hot!

We stopped to pick up supper on the way home. We watched 1 employee walk in front of our car, he was headed out back to smoke. We pushed the button and waited over 10 minutes and nothing. No one even spoke. A couple minutes later the man came walking back by and went inside. And still no one spoke, the button was still blinking. We started to leave and saw a truck on the other side of the building in the drive thru. So we thought we would try the drive thru. I pulled up the the speaker and I could her a man speaking to the person in the truck. But he never spoke to me. I then heard him talking

it’s may 23rd saturday at 12:15 am and the crew is VERY RUDE and poor , the WHITE lady with the headset was very rude from the start and when i told her i had 2 separate orders she said “TWO ORDERS?? Your going to have to pull around and come back” while the line was literally wrapped around the building, i never experienced costumer service so poorly it’s sad the morning shift is so much better! but of course head quarters is not going to do anything bc they “need the workers”

My fiance stopped at this location tonight after spending 6 hrs in the emergency room. She placed an online order and sat for 40 minutes for her food. She pressed the call button 3 times and was blatantly ignored. This is unprofessional and completely wrong. The order when it came out was right except for the drink. Whoever is running this store needs to go in and clean house because the staff is not able to run the store accordingly. Will not ever return to this location and will be making a complaint to the head of the sonic chain as well.
