Hi Im A Flying Person★★★★★

My boyfriend and I think about this place often. This was the last restaurant we visited on our 3 day trip to Providence a few months ago, we hadn’t liked any of the restaurants we went to and I was expecting to be disappointed again. I was wrong. This place is literally amazing. Omg. The interior is so nice and cozy, we liked the art on the walls. For the appetizer we ordered dumplings, it wasn’t bad but we weren’t the biggest fans. For entrees, I ordered the mala rose ragu and my boyfriend ordered the PVD chicken ramen. I didn’t really like my entree, but my boyfriend and I LOVED the ramen.

I have attached two pictures of how it is right now vs before, keep in mind price has stayed the same. I don’t know if this was something that happened since they flooded, but quality has decreased drastically. Apparently they changed the recipe of one of their most liked dishes: the PVD chicken ramen, but it almost seems like they’re just trying to cut costs. Before, it came with delicious sides and noodles perfectly cooked, as well as great tasting chicken broth. I went yesterday and the noodles were all sticking together like if they were taken out of a box and microwaved. The texture felt

Food and beverages were great! Tried a lot of different items from the menu and everything we tried was really good! Enjoyed sharing a tea pot with the table. It was so tasty. The noodles were all so good!!

Providence Noodle House is a great spot downtown. They offer both hot and cold noodle dishes, and I really appreciated the smaller, well-curated menu. There are plenty of great options without it feeling overwhelming. The prices are excellent for the quality and portion sizes—you definitely get good value for your money. The drinks were also fantastic and paired well with the meal. The staff was friendly, attentive, and stayed on top of everything throughout my visit. The location is another plus, right across from the PPAC in downtown Providence, making it a perfect place to grab a meal bef
