I've driven by Chong's Cafe for years and have only just tried them. I'm kicking myself for not checking them out sooner. Their lemon chicken is exactly what it should be: a breaded chicken breast on a bed of lettuce with real lemon sauce. Not the breaded lumps of chicken drenched in sauce from a can. The lo mein was delicious and had a generous amount of beef in it to compliment the thick noodles. The egg rolls were crispy and filled with generous amounts of veggies. To feed two, it cost just over $33 - so worth it.

The food was good. The portions were HUGE. I tried the egg drop soup, sweet & sour pork, with fried rice and fried bananas! We each got an appetizer, meal, and dessert for about $40. With plenty of food left over. Very pleasant owners as well.

The pho was absolutely delicious 😋 My wife and I stopped here on the way out of Colorado. We had huge spring rolls, some Vietnamese egg rolls, and a couple bowls of pho. It was on point! Would definitely recommend Chong's to anyone, if you love great food. They also have many other Asian dishes.

This is sort of American style Chinese food like from the 60s, think chop suey. It tasted freshly made and the vegetables in the stir-fried dishes seemed cooked very well. The problem is that they make the sauces very gluey with too much corn starch so they are goopy and gelatinous. You can tell it's a family-owned sort of place, big portions for a good price for most dishes. The squid dish was more than $20 and not much squid in it, overdone and not a good deal.
