I gotta tell you...Birch & Barley is A-MA-ZING! We have been coming here since 2018 & it has always been so good. We sat at the bar for dinner tonight and the bar manager, Emma & bartender Josh were excellent. The beers are cold & the food is consistently excellent. Hubby always has Crawfish Etoufee & I had the Birch Salad with Grilled Sslmon. Salmon is always good perfectly...not overcooked. Love this place & the staff!

The atmosphere at Birch and Barley was fantastic! My wife and I had a reservation at 5:40, and we were seated right away when we arrived. The hostess was friendly and prompt, and took us to our booth right away. Our server was prompt as well in explaining the drink specials for the evening, as well as the dinner specials. I highly recommend "The Bradbury" for a drink, as well as the Smoked Gouda burger, with a salad and the Honey Truffle vinegarette dressing. Excellent service, great food and atmosphere, I highly recommend Birch and Barley if you're in Pullman, WA
