So I eat here pretty often. I walked in today and there was rush going on which was cool. I was very patient. I waited 20 mins for my food that had been sitting in the ready window for like 10 mins. The manager on shift was on point running the restaurant, the kitchen staff was on point with pumping out orders, the drive thru was busting out orders too. But the one person taking orders and running the counter looked like they were in over their head. The manager told them my order was in the window and the person taking orders just wasn't listening. I asked this person where my order was after

The young man taking orders forgot my food after 20 minutes of waiting and other peoples orders going out I went to counter and ask about my burger& fries drink combo. He said oh it’s right here I guess I forgot to give it to you. It was cold. There was no ice in the machine for my soda and I had to ask for a lid when the young man handed it to me it was covered with some sort of sauce so I then ask for a clean one he was then very rude. I wouldn’t recommend this Dairy Queen it is very much a cluster the kids there running it are more interested in flirting than doing their jobs.

Frankly, I am surprised this establishment is still open. The workers here are extremely rude, and the interior is so filthy it poses a health risk. I tried to order a blizzard today, only for the machine to break in the process of it being made. The worker making my order said she "wanted to blow her brains out" in response to the machine breaking. The cherry on top, however, was when they were somehow out of both ice and lids. I definitely do not recommend coming here. I would give negative stars if I could!

Dairy Queen regular here: Something I appreciate every time i get food here is the kind people. They are willing to have a good conversation with you and try to correct mistakes as quickly as possible. I really love the people there. I will say they are not very fast service. And since the weathers getting hotter the blizzards are meltier. Honestly it really depends on who’s working that day. Some of the things ive been thoroughly impressed with is one of the workers in particular. There was a mother and her special needs child that came in that day.
