After almost two months of missed items and long wait times, enough is enough. I ordered on the app for curbside. Which says 2-5 minutes for getting your food. I have a 10 ft tall work van so I cannot I REPEAT cannot go through the drive thru. I waited 10 minutes before I couldn't wait anymore. Waste of 10 minutes and $5

The employees need to wake up this morning. I ordered one sandwich and it had no sausage patty. They weren't even busy. They offered a new sandwich if I left work to come pick it up lol.

I went through the drive thru ordered extra stuff on cheeseburger was 10.00. And they forgot my apple pie. I told them on the next visit since didn't have my receipt. No pie for me. Won't be going back here. Made me feel like I was trying to get a free 2$ pie. Poor customer service at the drive thru

I've gone here countless times in the past 6 months and they get my order wrong more often than it's right and I order through the app 95% of the time. I probably spend 1,000 as month there with my family and they give me a damn Coke Zero al.ost Everytime I order a Coke. It's not that difficult to get an order right that came in from an app. I have gone back to the Manager too many times to count. I'm sick of asking for them to replace the meal, fix the meal, fix the drink... Most of the time we're home before we realize what's wrong and I don't want to drive back. Just poor quality of wo
