First time customer here and now a loyal one! We have been on the hunt for a good spot for our Pizza Fridays and our neighbor highly recommended Luigi’s to us. We placed an online order through their website (very convenient!) and had a slight mix up with our order. After calling and speaking with Nick, he went above and beyond to make things right for us. We were blown away by not only the service but the food as well! Happy to report Luigi’s will now be our family’s Pizza Friday spot! You don’t find many places like this. Love the pizza and atmosphere at Luigi’s. However some staff members always seem to be in a bad mood and they often get annoyed if you ask for your pizza to be *hot* (<1min in the oven is not enough time for room temp pizza to be heated through) or cut down the middle.

Ordered a calzone it tasted like it was reheated in a microwave. The cheese was so greasy and watery. I definitely didn't enjoy it. My son got chicken fettuccine alfreado and they gave him ziti pasta instead of the linguine we asked for and the sauce was very watery and didn't stick to the pasta like its supposed to. If I could give zero stars I would.

Earlier today I was called into the restaurant to pick up a box of pizza for a customer with Uber eats. Suddenly after I arrived the guy at the counter decided to act like a baby all because I didn't have a warm pizza delivery bag thinking the customer was going to call and complain about it. I consider it a false alarm right there cause after arriving at the customers house which was not too far from the restaurant said thank u to me and didn't seem to care if the pizza is cold or not. That was literally unprofessional of him to not act his age over some stupid situation like this. I can lite
