We are traveling to Palm Springs for our vacation and since my husband had never eaten at a Yard House, we decided to try this one. Great service, great food. Great atmosphere indoor and outdoors! The shopping area surrounding the yard house is quiet and clean not over busy. It was a Sunday though. The restaurant wasn’t overly busy we went for lunch and the parking was good. I always love going to the yard house. I am in love with the ahi tuna that is pan seared and just amazing with the everything seasoning either on a burger or a salad. I most often have a beer with the meal either a 16oz or a 22oz and just find it fantastic. We go here with friends or special occasions with just family. The atmosphere is nice, a bit noisy but not too loud to have a conversation. The lighting is not too bright, but just right. The staff is always knowledgeable, helpful and accurate. It’s a really great place for special events.

I had a very negative experience with Adam, the manager. We went in for my sister-in-law's birthday. My brother is a qudrapalegic and doesn't go out often since it is hard for him due to the fact that he physically cannot drive. Adam treated us poorly as soon as he saw us. I have never felt more disappointed than I did tonight. I truly hope he finds a job he enjoys, as the restaurant was empty and he gave us the worst service I have ever experienced. We really enjoy this place for happy hour! It is definitely one of our favorites since they have an amazing half price happy hour menu, discounts on drinks and beer, and an absolutely huge selection of draft beers from all over the world. We liked that we could order from a kiosk on our table, and the food was delivered quickly. We were able to order drinks on the kiosk, also, after checking in with our waitress.
