I purchased a meal from Chipotle today and found a piece of metal in my food. I returned to the restaurant and received a refund, but I wanted to make management aware of the issue because it could have caused a serious injury. I hope this is investigated to ensure it doesn’t happen to other customers.

I am a great enjoyer of Chipotle and I hate giving a bad review to a company that I support but this location is simply not up to quality. The first issue clients will identify when entering the establishment is the persistent chirp of a fire warning system. I thought this was a temporary issue but it has been going off constantly for the last 3x I visited the establishment. The second issue is the quality. The food at this establishment always has issues from frozen lettuce to watered down salsa to guac which is served after stirring in half a container of browned over guacamole to the disgus

Disclaimer, the staff did great and they were very kind to me. However, there was a cooked fly found in my food and by the time I noticed, I was already a couple bites in. This was honestly disgusting and disappointing as I had been craving it and wasn’t even 3/4 done with my bowl.

The workers here seem to forget they work for a company and the food doesn’t come out there checks. They give you a hard time all the time even though most of them don’t know proper customer service. They over load your food with rice and barely give you any meat and when you ask them to give you a little more chicken they try to charge you double. Raising prices while giving your customers a hard time because they want to have their food made a certain way is just crazy. Whole stuff needs to be retrained on how to make bowls and how to talk to customers.
