Absolutely horrible, made an order for two chicken sandwiches and i get fries with bacon on it - i never ordered. Called no answer, called doordash no return. Just taking money and not owning up to their mistake. I want a refund. You guys used to be amazing - what happened?! Quincy would never 😭

I was shocked. I don't really eat fast food. However, I worked late and decided to go to Wendy's. They have a new menu. The crispy fish sandwich was A-mazing. Service was great. I went through the drive through, I could see in the dining area. It could've been a bit more clean. You go to sweep. You have to wash the tables down.

Good food but management needs to address people sleeping in booths. And young kids playing on phones while not ordering food. Clearly states 30 minutes for eating no loitering. Staff was awesome 👌

I just waited over 20 minutes for a baconator no ketchup, sandwich only, and a 3 piece tender as a walk in order, while I watched door dash orders that came in after my order, and over 15 drive thru orders get processed before my own. I'll never come to this Wendy's again, I would get faster service from a snail.
