If I could give this place a zero review I would. First time ever trying a Wing Stop and definitely the last. Stopped there on our way back from tournament and waited for staff to acknowledge us standing at the counter. Finally ordered and had questions but the kid behind the counter was apparently mute. Zero customer service skills. Sat at a dirty table because there was not a single clean one. Same kid watched me clean it with two ice cubes and a paper towel. Waited over 30 mins for our food. Finally received food and fries were burnt chicken was ok. Food tray was sticky and grimy. Also sat

Wings are actually decent in size, Cajun corn was bomb AF, and the fries reminded me of five guys. However wing stop is definitely overly hyped and I don’t think it’s worth it. I like a little crispness to my wings and they were too soft for my liking. Flavors are mid. I ordered (dry) lemon pepper wings and it just taste like oil. Service was good though they made sure I had everything in my bag and my online order was completed within the time frame. I didn’t eat inside but they do have tables and chairs.

I visited this establishment on 10/28 at approximately 4:44 p.m. and made a purchase totaling $20.73. Since my order was expected to take some time, I did not take my receipt. When I arrived home, my child began eating her wings and found a hair in her food. I immediately called the store to request a refund, as I no longer felt comfortable eating there. Idk if is just me!? but i order cheese fries and i get my cheese fries soggy with to much cheese. which btw, i didn’t ask for extra cheese!!! then i get my lemon pepper sandwich and is full of pepper. like if the person who was cooking didn’t even want to cook the food! This place over the years have got so bad is ridiculous won’t spend my money here anymore disgusted 🤢 honestly!! Pictures attached! And they don’t answer phone either for refund!!
