Edit: I emailed them like they told me to & got an automated response saying someone would be in touch shortly but no one did. Waited a week before emailing back & got nothing again. It’s been a month & no one has done anything to resolve it like they said they would. I love 7brew usually but this was too gross not to post. I got a fizz this morning & there’s like brown & black chunks of something suspended in the drink???? The video shows that it’s inside & not on the cup, it’s inside the ice too. Idk what this stuff is but I’m sad I wasted my free drink on this because I can’t drink that 🤢

I originally gave 7 Brew a 3-star review because my first experience was not very good. There was no clear menu to order from, and the employee who helped me wasn’t very helpful. At my daughter’s request, I decided to give them a second chance today, and I’m glad I did. The young lady who helped me, Tristan, was outstanding. Come here often so I figured I’d leave a review. Always so friendly, drinks are good priced, they have kid drinks as well! So many different flavors, energy is always my favorite, coffee never has a burnt taste either. Always a go-to for me for drinks. 10/10 for sure!

They are so consistent! I go daily, the lines move fast, friendly staff, nothing to complain about! I get a sugar free blondie with oatmilk to save on calories and its delicious, you cant even tell its SF. I also love the wide variety of flavors they have too.
