Worse customer service experience I’ve had I ordered three kids build your own tacos told the girl 4 times I want chicken for all add a cup of queso she put the queso in the same bowl as as side ! Then she states it’s a $1.50 for sides !!! What ? No other chipotle does me like that. I didn’t realize I did not have my beans smh all three workers were so confused and they act as if they didn’t know how to do their jobs…. I’m not satisfied with this food complete waste of money

The last few times I've visited this location, I've noticed a lack of hospitality and urgency when serving customers. The team seems more focused on getting through orders as quickly as possible than providing a positive customer experience. On multiple visits, they have been out of key ingredients, specifically the fajita vegetables. When I asked if more could be prepared, I was told no one was available to cook them, and no one seemed willing to check when they might be ready. I ordered a bowl with chicken with almost everything else. The employee that made my order was very generous making it. It turned out good and the food was great. The employees were friendly and fast. Overall, it was a great visit.
